1. CANCELLATIONS ·Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. ·Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50% of the canceled service. ·Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the canceled service. 2. NO-SHOW POLICY: ·A no-show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification. ·Client who no-show will be charged 100% of the service price for the missed appointment. ·Following on no-show, clients will be required to pay for the missed appointment and may need to prepay for future appointments. 3. EXCEPTIONS: ·We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine reason for a last minute cancellation or no-show, please communicate with us, and we will review your case individually.
